Liked: Took way to long to get checked in like 45mins Never had that kind of wait before
Disliked: Person at desk new to me seemed to be not as knowledgeable about checking people in

Close down and make repairs

Liked: Easy to find
Disliked: Was very poorly maintained pictures attached. It won't let me load the video but the sink faucet was very loose and wobbly. Mold on shower curtain. Holes in the walls. Stains on ceiling.

Very clean room. Great staff.

Liked: Room was clean, the bathroom was spotless.
Disliked: My wife thought the bed was comfortable. For me it was too soft. Nevertheless I did manage to get a good night's sleep.
