its a great location and...

Liked: The room itself was decent. Had a bad smell of "dog" that was hard to get out of the room. The towels were quite thin and worn. Soap in the wall dispensers were empty. Heat and air condition work well!!!
Disliked: Folks just walking around the area, that weren't staying there. The bad smell of "dog"...could have used some carpet spray since the property is animal friendly.

Very enjoyable and I will...

Liked: The staff are very nice and friendly. My TV was acting weird and someone came right up to fix it. Being a solo traveler, I felt very safe in the area.

Not a place I would...

Liked: Staff was very nice.
Disliked: Trash everywhere and piled up outside. People were parting till 4am very loud car alarms and yelling and screaming. People sleeping in grass. Didn't feel safe. Room had odor and not maintained very well sloppy repairs, water pressure low.

Disliked: The room was totally unacceptable. As an ITA I WOULD NEVER SEND MY CLIENTS HERE . THE ROOM SMELLED OF SMOKE AND THE BEDDING WAS FILTHY. THE AIR CONDITIONER MADE NOISE ALL NIGHT.

Liked: The only positive comment I have is the location was convenient.
Disliked: The room was dirty. Stains everywhere. No hot water. Internet didn’t work in my room. Staff was rude and unwelcoming.
