Great stay! We really enjoy...

Liked: We enjoy staying here. It is a great hotel away from the strip. We often do short staycations. There are lots of options for food and we love that we can go to the movies, bowl and go to the mall. The staff is always friendly. Everything in the room is always clean.
Disliked: Every time we check into our room, there are leftover room service dishes sitting in the hallway—it’s not a great first impression.

Passable

Not suitable for families. Price...

Liked: Hotel elevator to rooms are conveniently located in the middle of parking garage elevator and pool for short walking distance.
Disliked: Beds aren’t comfortable, no refrigerator, no microwave

Exceptional

Clean and comfortable.

Liked: It’s clean and really nice. We liked the fact we could bring our kids and they would have fun here too.
Disliked: We did not win millions of dollars in the Casino… lol everything was nice.

Passable

Liked: Pool was nice, though annoying I could bring in outside food from Starbucks and donut place only. The bell hope was fantastic and helped us navigate quickly to a clean room.
Disliked: Really bad check-in experience. The person checking us in was icy (though she did wish me a happy birthday), and the room was not clean: tub full of water, dirty towels on the floor. Hairs on the toilet, trash in the bins, unclean surfaces. We got a similar room 5 floors down, so felt like a downgrade.

Liked: The restaurants and casino were nice. The service was friendly
Disliked: The rooms were dirty. First room we were in we had to ask for a new room because it was filthy and there was blood on the desk chair and maybe the ceiling but we couldn't quite tell what that stain was. The second room didn't have blood but the floors hadn't been vacuumed the room hadn't dusted and everything was grimy. Dirty fingerprints everywhere
