Great resort for outdoor activities...

Liked: The resort has great outdoor activities like daily guided hikes, canyoneering, kayaking, and guided trips to Zion and Byrce National Parks. It also has exercise classes and a great spa to recover from the great outdoor activities. Our room was a king suite which was very nice. The resort restaurant was excellent with many healthy options. The views from the resort are awesome. There are also a lot of great hiking options close to the resort.
Disliked: Nothing

Perfect, peaceful, beautiful, fun, and...

Liked: This is the best resort in the whole world! It’s so gorgeous and peaceful and chill and the food is actually so good! So many fun little spots to explore, hammocks everywhere, surrounded by red rocks, and super chill and friendly staff. I love it here so so sooo much!

Pleasant

Liked: Great location. Great staff.
Disliked: Room was dated. Not worth what we paid. I have stayed at the Grand America in SLC for what we paid for a very mediocre room here

excited to go, sad to...

Liked: rooms and grounds were picturesque and invite guests to relax. Rooms are very comfortable; seating areas outside of rooms are lovely.
Disliked: lap pool hours. I would have loved to swim before or after work/activities... gym area is missing a quiet stretching area. It was difficult to find a quiet place to do yoga inside (it was raining during my stay).

Underwhelming and over valued.

Liked: Check in was okay. The property is in a great spot. We paid over $350 a night for an upgraded room. The lights in the room were annoying, some burnt out. The trash from the previous guest stayed out front in a house keeping pile for BOTH days. I was starting to become concerned it was some hiker that wandered out. The restaurant was snobby and limited. The indoor pool was closed, the private hot-tub we upgraded for was closed. There was one tissue in the tissue dispenser, two towels for two nights, no shampoo. It seemed like there were a lot of short cuts for an upgraded room. I’ve been taken better care of in much worse accommodations.

Very good

Liked: The location is spectacular, nestled close to Snow Canyon.Free bike rentalsBeautiful spa and pool areaThe restaurant and bar have a gorgeous view of the mountains and the gardens beside them made dining outside a treat.
Disliked: For the price we paid we should have had daily housekeeping service. We called guest services to request towels, removal of garbage, and we got towels and they left the smelly wet towels and garbage. We ran out of soap and coffee, which were not replaced until we repeatedly asked for them. For a beautfil venue that is priced similar to other resorts in this area, this is unacceptable. Also, the chaise lounges by the pool are falling apart and need to be replaced. My daughter fell through one and she is NOT overweight.

Lovely stay just some minor...

Liked: The properties location was wonderful
Disliked: The property needs some minor maintenance done. All kitchen door knobs were loose, tile in bathroom shower is coming off, faucet in kitchen needs to be replaced. Dish soap supply was out. No coffee replacements were offered and no daily checks done on towel replacements. Outside furniture was never wiped down and no cloths available to clean yourself.Another thing to note was dust on all the cupboard door lips. All minor but a bit of a list.
