Friendly and helpful staff

Liked: Staff could not have been more helpful, the children's beds had not been set up when we arrived and within a minute of asking they were there and sorted.
Disliked: Outdoor landing in need of repair, but this did not cause any issues and is likely on their list to do.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff were friendly and welcoming and sociable.
Disliked: A few loose floor tiles approaching room.

Liked: We’ve stayed here several times as a convenient location to visit our son. Really helpful to have lots of parking. Bed very very comfortable.
Disliked: Only a few niggles, but nothing to ruin our stay ie TV had no signal and tea/coffee were not appropriately replenished in room, as I said I not major, but easily fixed. Staff are always helpful.
