Relaxing but uncomfortable

Liked: The family room was a good size with thick carpet and black-out curtains. Sizeable bathroom too. Everything worked as it should including a modern smart TV. Parbold village just around the corner for shops and other amenities. Lovely walks nearby.
Disliked: The double bed was rock hard and the pull-out sofa beds had very thin mattresses, which were also very uncomfortable. Rooms advertised as having ironing facilities so you'd expect an iron in the room but not so. Also no satellite TV in room as advertised.Parked round the back near our room but there was a mini tip there with old chairs and rubbish piled up, very unsightly.Felt like aliens in the pub so didn't stay long.
