Liked: The staff were wonderful. My second room, 2nd floor overlooking the pool was clean/nice.
Disliked: Carpet in hallways was filthy and old. My first room on the ground floor facing the garden didn't feel safe.

Red Lion on Hilltop A...

Liked: We stay at the Red Lion on Hilltop most every time we are in town.. it's always clean, quiet, convenient to shopping and dining locations. The pool and hot tub are well kept as are the grounds around the hotel. We thoroughly enjoy sitting on the balcony for our morning coffee before we head to the next destination.

Liked: breakfast was very good for hotel food. Lady on duty was great.
Disliked: Room key cards did not work, after reprogram, still did not work. moved to new room. a/c in new room pumped more warm air, after several hrs of running and leaving slide door to outside open, room finally cooled enough to sleep. I got about 2 hrs of sleep, 4am to 6am. leaving slide door open to outside was worrisome. Quinton was outstanding in an uncomfortable situation. Kept his cool and offered solutions. Vending machine would not dispense chips, bag laid on top of internal door. He offered replacement bag. yes.
