I really enjoy the stay...

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent and quite central to go anywhere and it is on the main road in the city.
Disliked: None

We would defininately book here...

Liked: Staff was available and accomodating. Lots of choices at breakfast! Separate dining room, pool looked lovely! The location and availability of bicycles what a nice touch!
Disliked: We had one person in our party with mobility issues. There was no alternative to the stairs up to the second floor. In hindsight we should have asked for a ground level room (so that is on us!).

Liked: Quiet and away from downtown and perfect location for exploring the area. As a gardener I loved the Gorgeous flowers all around the property! Cute areas to eat breakfast outside or sip coffee. Lots of snacks and water available throughout the day. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. They have washing machines available for guests .
Disliked: Misunderstanding . We had asked the day before if we could check out at noon. Needed extra hour because we had tour of nearby Alpaca farm from 10-11:30 and told by gal at desk that would be fine. The next day different gal said NO that they were fully booked due to Lavender festival and we needed to be checked out by 11 and they could not accommodate one hour later. Update: after we were packed and loaded the front desk manager saw us and inquired about our stay and actually remembered my request and apologized as we could checked out at 12 as she was who I originally spoke with day before.
