The facility was great but...

Superb

Overall very disappointed don’t plan...

Liked: The lady at the desk was friendly.
Disliked: The first room reeked of mold/mildew from the second you opened the door the musk hit you. I immediately asked for another room which she gave. She said she checked the room and the smell was awful not sure what was the issue. I’ve never had a smelly room like that! The second room was not very clean mildew was under the caulking in the shower and dirty floors. No water pressure and the water barely got warm after running for 20 minutes. The bed was quite hard. In the lobby you could hear jumping, banging etc from the room/s above it. Sounded like they were about to come through the ceiling! The “breakfast” was lacking. The biscuits were right out of the fridge and not done. Gravy was very greasy. The waffle was ok.

It was very relaxing.

Liked: The facility is always very quiet, clean and friendly staff.
Disliked: I wish there were more interesting stations available on the t.v.

Liked: It’s location and value.
Disliked: I thought a suite meant another room but it was a sofa beside the 2 beds. The price made up for it though.

Clean and Comfortable.

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Good selection at breakfast. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Easy off and on I 65.
Disliked: My only complaint was that the indoor pool was not heated. The water was so cold that the kids lips were blue the entire time. We picked this hotel specifically for the pool so that was disappointing.
