Passable

Liked: Breakfast was just adequate Shower was good Bed was ok
Disliked: No hair dryer Coffee pods didn't fit the maker in the room = no morning coffee No body lotion for after shower

Pleasant

Liked: The staff is very friendly and the price is what keeps us coming back.
Disliked: There was no duvet on our bed. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel tubes were all empty. We had to go to the front desk multiple times to correct these issues. There was no comfortable chair to sit in unlike the other rooms we have stayed in here.

Ramona and Mr G are...

Liked: Ramona and Mr G are the best!!!All staff are friendly and do go above and beyond to make this kinda-sorta-high maintenance guest forever grateful. I will choose to stay there again and again because of their staff and clean comfortable accommodations.
Disliked: The pillows. Old and lumpy. Like my gut. So, they should be replaced every so often with new, firm options. Like my gut.

Liked: The man working at the desk was very friendly and kind.
Disliked: The room was filthy! Poop on the toilet seat and stains on the sheets. My husband slept fully clothed on top of the bed.
