Disliked: We had a three nights stay the first night one of our cards didn’t work the second night neither one of our cards worked. Both of us kept our cards separately in our back pockets and the young lady. Told my husband, we must’ve put them by our phones and neither one of them were by our phones. Sunday morning. I came down for breakfast at 8:40 and there was nothing in the trays and I asked if anything more was coming out the sign says 6 to 9 and I was told whatever was in there wasthe last of it. There was only a half a roll of toilet paper the back of the bathroom door and the tub was disgusting. Urine around the toilet. We didn’t even stay Monday night. We were there for a funeral after the funeral. We decided to pack up and take a 20 hour trip back home. I had just gotten out of ICU from a coma and on some very important medication because the counters were filthy. We took all my medication to the family of the deceased. I stay in several hotels a year for work purposes. WhileI have never expected perfection, cleanliness, basic supplies, and courteous employees are a bare minimum of what to expect. None of those reasonable expectations were met. We are highly disappointed..
