Stay any other place if...
Liked: Lots of extra ants in the room.
Disliked: Ants in the room. Very dirty, like neglect style dirt. Entire property smells of cigarettes and misery.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply unsatisfactory and, in many ways, alarming. This stay involved multiple breaches of Booking.com’s guest safety, hygiene, and privacy policies. Here are the key issues:---🚫 Health and Safety ViolationsThe AC unit did not function, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable. The bathroom fan was broken, worsening ventilation issues. The room was visibly dirty upon check-in, including eyelashes and nail clippings on the floor. We later discovered a dead fly inside the complimentary cereal provided to guests — a serious food safety concern.---🚨 Privacy ViolationsOn two separate occasions, hotel staff entered our room without knocking or notice:The first was while we were asleep. The second was while we were in the process of changing, and the staff entered with another guest — a complete invasion of privacy. This behavior is both unacceptable and a clear violation of Booking.com’s stated policies, which affirm that:> “Guests should be able to expect a safe, secure, and respectful environment. Any invasion of personal privacy — intentional or not — is strictly prohibited
