Liked: Cute, clean rooms.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a shuttle running at least to the super mall so people could catch that shuttle out to the venue and back to the hotel.

Liked: Comfortable beds, decent breakfast, a lot of parking spots. All staff (except the receptionists who assisted me with the check out) seemed nice.
Disliked: The hotel (receptionists) charged me additional tax during check out even though I told them that it was already paid at the time I booked the room, and I also showed them the payment confirmation. They wouldn’t let me check out until I paid it. Fortunately, Booking.com was able to assist me later and get a refund from the hotel. It would be much better if the bathroom sink was actually inside of the bathroom and not in the room.

Liked: Friendly staff. Very clean. But mostly as my daughter had her service dog this hotel was perfect. Felt welcomed. Breakfast was the best I've seen in a hotel like this.
Disliked: No pool. But that is minor. As a vegan, a bit more options for me for breakfast would have been good. T

Liked: Honestly everything. The place was nice, the location was clean and nice. The staff was incredible, they were super helpful and very welcoming, especially at 11:30 at night. The food was delicious.
Disliked: Nothing

Perfect loctation for concert

Liked: Perfect place to stay if you are headed to the White River Amphitheater - place is clean, staff was fabulous, breakfast was solid/good. Very clean and we booked the larger king suite and it was perfect for 3 adults
