Cosy stay with a hearty...

Liked: Landlady was very very attentive and couldn’t have done anything more. Breakfast was delicious and very generous.
Disliked: If I had to comment on one thing it would be that the shower lacked a bit of oomph, but it didn’t significantly impact my stay. It was hot which is the main thing.

Really lovely owners and staff...

Liked: The property was situated by a little stream with picnic benches and a short walk over a bridge to a little corner shopUpon request, you could have a full English breakfast daily
Disliked: Sadly, the pub was very rarely open In the week it was closed during day during the stay for a week pub open maybe twice of an evening, Entertainment karaoke bingo music in the background and evening meals would’ve of been fantastic & an advantageI am hoping this will all change and become a more positive and busier pub Music on and even sandwiches and bar snacks would’ve been a fantastic idea They welcome both well-behaved dogs & also accommodated a cat

Disliked: Slight problem with the heating, but sorted promptly

Liked: First day was better, over all disappointing
Disliked: Lack of working sink plug, lack of toilet roll holder and toilet roll.Breakfast indifferent.Staff seemed a bit lacking.

A comfy stay with wonderful...

Liked: Lovely hosts, very accommodating with good food especially the breakfast! Comfy beds!
Disliked: Bathroom door in one of the rooms didn’t shut properly which wasn’t ideal when sharing but imagine this is just a small thing that will be fixed soon.
