Great value for money

Liked: The receptionist really went above and beyond. Great location. Easy free parking.
Disliked: Not a big deal really, but the bed is way too soft.

Weekend away

Liked: Friendly receptionist on arrival and all reception team.very nice helpful and informative Straight to our room ready Clean and comfortable Good location for the theatre Lovely choice for breakfast friendly cheerful staff serving included in our booking price excellent valueFriendly ckeaning team who work very hard especially in this extremely hot weather
Disliked: There is nothing just possible update to blinds when coats allow.Good value hotel

Disappointed.

Liked: Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Room 50 is not fit for purpose. Was very small and crampt, bathroom was so small you couldn't flush the toilet as the flush caught the wall. The shower was faulty. The room door scraped on the ceiling. Very disappointed as we stay twice a year and have done for the last 10 years.
