Liked: The location is good. The hotel is walking distance to stores and restaurants.
Disliked: The room we stayed in is outdated and worn. Carpeting is torn and worn out.

Liked: The location was good compared to where I needed to go.
Disliked: The room was infested with ants. Instead of offering me a new room, they sent someone to vacuum. The ants were still there after that. This is unacceptable service. I requested a refund and have not heard back.
