Friendly staff, clean, and great...
Liked: Quiet considering how large of a hotel it is.

Eh. Not the worst but...
Liked: I like the pool and mini golf. Liked the price and location. AC was amazingly strong. Nice employees. Okay breakfast. Location is central to a lot of the places we were visiting and lots of food options close by. So it worked for what we needed it for. I'd probably come again depending on what we had planned. Breakfast was fine. Sausage, eggs and waffles every morning and a few cold items so decent but nothing spectacular
Disliked: Carpet needs replaced they were awful and just had that stink that come with really old dirty carpet. seriously wear shoes and socks everywhere, even in your hotel room. Outside of that they kept everything pretty clean as best as you can with a building that age. A lot of items in the room maybe needs some updating for safety reasons. Some of the outside doors that you need a key for didn't close/latch all the way so anyone could go into the building. I didn't know there is no elevator until after we were given the room. While we do not need an ADA unit we have family that have health issues that make stairs very difficult. I wish that was made clear when booking. Coffee was the worst coffee I've tasted in my life so be prepared for that, there is a Starbucks close by and we used it regularly. No coffee maker in the rooms. All in all not the best place I've stayed at but also not the worst. If your in the area and have a packed schedule and just need a place to sleep this is a good option. If you know you'll have more time on your hands and will be in your room more often than not I suggest really shopping around, but again they have enough outdoor amenities to keep you somewhat busy.

It was a good stay...
Liked: . Beds were comfortable and the room ok, just not as clean as we hoped for. Staff where magnificent. Helpful in all the "booking confusion" and stepped up every time.
Disliked: Really worn out and some places, like baseboards and walls had ole worn out dirt. Carpet was only sticky a couple of places. Window sill was rather dirty with build up dirt probably gathered during the years. The food at the "Bundy Brazilian" restaurant was really bad. No flavor, so over-cooked it was hard and prices way higher compared to what you really got. We were extremely disappointed. $24.99 for a salad bar that didn't have a lot of options. Only 1 meat at the salad bar and it was over-cooked and hard. The housekeeping (boss?) was always grumpy, not helpful, complained all the time and was upset when we didn't want turn down services.
