Disliked: Sink wasn’t draining well, torn wallpaper in bathroom, sharp corners of furniture where I hit and bruised myself multiple times. Staff was like clueless teenagers who didn’t understand hospitality. Not friendly, not welcoming and not especially helpful. Multiple irritations during our 2-nights stay. Minimal insufficient toiletries. No housekeeping. Absurd price of almost $500/night, totally not good value.

Liked: Location & convenience to shops and restaurants, loved the balcony overlooking the water/pier, room was nicely decorated and very comfortable.
Disliked: Price was high

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved our room, we had a balcony and water view and it was fabulous. The location was perfect, we explored Olympic park but it was also nice to be able to walk to many coffee and dining options.

Disliked: very dirty... dust bunnies and fuzzy on and beside beds.. shower curtain had mold stools on bottom
