Disliked: The price and it was very outdated, stairs, the carpet, it smelled old

Ok, but wouldn't return.

Disliked: The onsite restaurant couldn't serve food til after 6, even thought they opened at 4. A lot of the building papers to be under renovations. Elevator we stopped using because it smelt like burnt rubber after using it.

Liked: Loved the big open rooms. Lots of space for a family. Great showers, beautiful facility
Disliked: I wish there were more options for breakfast.

Will avoid in the future...

Liked: The staff are wonderful. Close to the airport.
Disliked: This property has one section, The Tower, which has decent to very nice rooms, which is what I have experienced previously. The room I booked looked like that in the picture. The room I was given was in the main part of the hotel, which is in a bad state of age and disrepair. For $192 I was given a dingy, cramped room with old, dirty looking, beat up furniture and fixtures, pillows that looked like small, lumpy postage stamps, no chair and a strange smell. I asked for a different room and was placed in the newer section. The room was nicer/newer. Pillows were still terrible.The tub did not work, only the shower, which was ok because the bottom of the tub was a brown color and the grout was moldy. I was told that to obtain one of the nicer rooms it is necessary to call the hotel directly and ask for a room in “The Tower”, and not book through a third party. This place has seen better days. Also, they would not give me a receipt because I booked through a third party, even though I paid at the hotel. I still do not have a receipt.

Disliked: Hotel rooms really need to be updated, I had never stayed at a place that I really didn't like this was the first for the price.
