Liked: Everything you see in picture are real. I love coming to the Red Lion Hotel. It's better than Westgate hands down.
Disliked: I love everything

Wouldn't return

Liked: The staff was nice, the main pool was a salt system so it was nice that it didn't smell of chlorine and the fitness center was 24 hours
Disliked: The lazy river hours were not convenient which was super frustrating because it was the entire reason I booked my birthday trip here. They also didn't have nearly enough floats for it and the slide was the slowest slide I've ever been on. The really lousy experience was someone was smoking marijuana on our floor and it stank up the entire hallway and surrounding areas. I informed the front desk and they sent up security who walked down the hallway, agreed it smelled like marijuana, knocked on one door that didn't answer and then left. Couldn't leave the room without getting a headache from it.

Nice stay but this time...

Liked: Spacious and quiet rooms.João, the server at Tortilla Rica restaurant was exceptionally helpful and very nice. Lucia, the hotel cleaning lady was very nice as well.
Disliked: We had problems in room 7916.The internet was slow. The bathroom electrical outlet wasn't working.The thermostat wasn't working. The room was freezing. The maintenance man, very friendly and helpful, had to come to our room twice to help us and he tried to fix it manually, but the next morning we waked up with everything wet in the room. It wasn’t the maintenance man’s fault.Management: This needs to be addressed and fixed.
