Liked: Good local
Disliked: Heated pool was not heated. Spa was empty. Seemed like there was a lot of maintenance going on.

False Advertising
Liked: Convenience of location.
Disliked: Dirty. Seems like room was never cleaned upon arrival.Dirty floors, fridge had old food and stains and the toilet was horrendous! False advertisement on "heated" pool and jacuzzi seemed to have been broken for a very long time. Not once mentioned on their website! Broken ice machine with the nearest working one being on the 3rd floor. Mold on their curtains!

Disappointing
Liked: Location is great. Staff were nice, friendly.
Disliked: Bathroom could have been just a tad bit cleaner. Same with the curtains.

Would not recommend this hotel...
Liked: The Bed was comfortable and location was close to main attractions.
Disliked: The soiled or stained shower curtain with bodily fluids were absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. The curtains and screens were torn. Bugs with wings crawling out the bathroom vent. Air conditioning unit knob and towel holder fell off at first touch! Pool was freezing/Dirty and no water in Jacuzzi. Front staff woman refused to provide contact names or number to report these concerns. Someone’s leftover half filled Coke can left in refrigerator. I plan to contact Booking.com, Red Lion Hotel Manager, and OSHA to ask for help to report these health concerns about the hotel.
