Disappointing

Liked: Location is great. Staff were nice, friendly.
Disliked: Bathroom could have been just a tad bit cleaner. Same with the curtains.

Would not recommend this hotel...

Liked: The Bed was comfortable and location was close to main attractions.
Disliked: The soiled or stained shower curtain with bodily fluids were absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. The curtains and screens were torn. Bugs with wings crawling out the bathroom vent. Air conditioning unit knob and towel holder fell off at first touch! Pool was freezing/Dirty and no water in Jacuzzi. Front staff woman refused to provide contact names or number to report these concerns. Someone’s leftover half filled Coke can left in refrigerator. I plan to contact Booking.com, Red Lion Hotel Manager, and OSHA to ask for help to report these health concerns about the hotel.

Liked: Have stayed at this location multiple times over last several decades, close to family and all local attractions
Disliked: Experience was not as expected. Homeless hanging out daily around property, no linens for fold out bed, heated pool?

Wouldn’t return.

Liked: Good location and cheaper than most accommodations
Disliked: Room had a smell of Mildew, bathroom door had no privacy

Exceptional

Liked: The staff and everybody that worked there were extremely nice. Very accommodating very friendly they welcomed me as if they were welcoming into their home definitely would love to go stay there again. Beautiful rooms huge that room with bathtub very nice considering yes they're hot tub is not working but that's okay thank you to Red Lion Inn for being so nice to me!
