Clean. Restful. Good

Liked: The room was great, the bed was great. The breakfast was ok. Presented well, but not very high quality
Disliked: Breakfast. Front desk was swamped when we arrived and only one person was there to help.Phone call to the front desk failed twice before I gave up and just walked down to ask for more towels. Towels were never delivered.

Liked: Room was nice. The view of the river was nice, except the windows were stained/ dirty, which made it a bit harder to see. The breakfast buffet was very good. The bed was comfortable. The A/C was not excessively noisy. The lobby and facilities were very nice.
Disliked: This hotel is situated on a hillside overlooking a very high traffic intersection. This means acceleration noise from trucks and other loud vehicles is considerable as the light changes in either direction. If you are a light sleeper, you will need some ear plugs.

Liked: The hotel was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was easy to get to. The hotel provided breakfast was excellent. Over all a great experience.

Liked: Pool was perfect for families. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Room service was exceptional. I highly recommend the brisket sandwich and cheesecake!
