Disappointing
Liked: This was a good location -close to relatives, shopping, entertainment and restaurants.
Disliked: The floor was damp from a previous flood. Repairs were in progress in the hallway. Staff did not suggest moving the vehicle to a parking spot closer to the room. There were stairs and no elevator.

Old, tired hotel
Liked: Breakfast was very bad. Bad eggs. Bad potatoes. The pancake machine did not work.
Disliked: Old, dated hotel. We were assigned a handicapped room. The bed was small and felt like I was about to be dumped on the floor at any time. The shower was VERY narrow and the temperature gauge was hard to get right.

Almost perfect!
Liked: We have stayed here several times during our Washington contracts. We travel from coast to coast for our work and this has to be one of the best hotels we have found. Not only is the establishment clean and respectable, the staff are friendly and super helpful. Also, the beds are amazingly comfy which is a major part of any stay.
Disliked: There's nothing to dislike here. It's almost perfect! Personally, I wouldn't changed a thing.

Terrible
Liked: Sheets were clean and the cleaning staff was good as the bathroom and rugs were clean in the room.
Disliked: There was mold on the walls, the halls had tape on the floor and walls for I assume painting. Some walls had the sheetrock removed and it smelled moldy so there must have been water damage. The door windows were cloudy and everything seemed old and worn out. We asked for another room as the first one had mold and peeled wallpaper by the door but the second one was just as bad. A real disappointment and I will not ever stay at a red lion hotel again! I would have left had we not been there for a dear friends memorial I did consider driving 7 hours home that night rather than stay in the hotel but the weather home would have been too dangerous at night.

Best hotel in WA
Liked: The beds! Oh, they are the absolute best with plenty of pillows! The rooms are spacey and clean, staff are above and beyond!
