Red Lion is slipping

Liked: Lobby was clean, good breakfast, polite staff
Disliked: the room was filthy. Carpets stained and smelled awful. Air conditioning was broken, and the filter was so gross. Windows don't open so you are stuck . Hotel needs deep cleaned and updated. Snack machine was smashed in and emptied.

Liked: Left before breakfast each day. The room was comfortable and well worth the cost. Front desk service was excellent.

Never ever again

Liked: Checking out. 3 rooms booked for two nights and will never return. Enjoy that lost revenue
Disliked: You need to train your employees better. Very, very rude. Only being able to give a 1. I wish I could give it negative #'s, more like -10. I quote, "I hear you lady" Are you sure? Because I bet you're listening now

Liked: The bed was comfy.. nice staff .
Disliked: Changed rooms because my toilet didn't flush. Solo traveler pretty much at the far end of the building.i got my steps in going to an from my room to the breakfast. Which I went to the first morning at 7 am they opened at 6 and there basically wasn't anything left. I waited a good fifteen minutes before just grabbing a bagel and coffee and going back to my room cause they don't have pots in the room. All in all not happy. Ants in my bathroom. No way to use the tub only the shower.
