Liked: I stayed here a few years ago and the rooms were not tore up like this but I did stay in an upstairs room. The only good this about this hotel is its location .
Disliked: This was my first hotel stay where I didn't want to stay here at all and wanted to drive home. Since I already paid I made the best of it but it made me feel very uneasy as there were burn holes in the sheets, chewed candy between the bed and headboard and everything in the room was so torn up made me feel like I was in a motel 6. It was an awful experience. The walls were so beat up and the curtains were so torn up. It made me feel like I was in a crack motel. I will never stay here again.

Liked: Nothing. Staff was RUDE! Black mold around window and bathroom ceiling. Also, shower tile. No coffee maker. The furniture other than the bed was filthy. Lamps were so outdated that the lampshades were rotting. Bathroom door needs a good cleaning and don’t forget the corners in the room. You seriously need to get rid of all staff and start over.
Disliked: Everything. Parking lot has a lot of trash. Building needs some serious work.

Great place to stay

Liked: Great room. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was great. Hot tub was actually hot!
Disliked: The morning lady was a bit cranky

Liked: Beds were really comfortable. Nice bedding, clean and customer service at check-in was awesome. She changed my room location when I asked for something close to the door , so my husband wouldn’t have to far to walk. I had to change the type of room to get closer to the entrance
Disliked: Noisy being next to I-5

Liked: Breakfast and staff were great. Both of those are a dying art in the hospitality world.
Disliked: It's outdated but clean. The beds are not comfortable. I hate in the rooms that there are so few outlets and the ones that are available are under the bed.

Terrible housekeeping

Liked: The food and front desk workers
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned. I found a pair of underwear, a vape pen, and a remote for a different tv. The walls were old and beat up.
