Good location, great value, and...

Liked: Comfortable hotel decent location.Walgreens and a few restaurants nearby.Breakfast was not fancy but adequate.Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Was on the bottom floor where you could hear the smokers talking went to bed with chatting and got woken up at 630 am with chatting. Would definitely not recommend the lower floor.

Liked: Great staff checking in and room was really clean and comfortable and the next morning contential breakfast
Disliked: I loved everything about the hotel

Liked: Room was clean, front desk was doing his best
Disliked: Took 50 minutes to get checked in, check in time doesn't start till 4 pm, had one person working the desk and he had issues with reservations not working correctly. The bed I was in tagged so bad in the middle that you sunk in.

Disliked: the extra charge on my debit card for $75

Liked: Staff was wonderful. Breakfast had a good selection that was well stocked and kept clean. The bathroom was clean, and bed was comfortable. Price was reasonable.
Disliked: Facilities are a bit worn. Carpets in the halls looked dirty and frayed. Some of the furniture in the room was worn more than expected and they accent wall looked like it was in a chucky cheese in a former life from the splatter and smears. But nothing that would stop me from staying again.

We had a good stay....

Liked: The location is perfect for our purposes and walking to historic downtown. The indoor pool was perfect for our family. Good size, clean, we organized and maintained. Breakfast was included and okay. Coffee was good. The popcorn machine in the lobby was a nice touch and the staff kept is full and ready.
Disliked: Upon check-in the property charged us $40 for an early check-in. The hotel was 3/4 empty, so this extra charge was not necessary. The room was already clean and ready.
