The staff were very helpful...

Liked: Location, staff, breakfast
Disliked: A little outdated and I had to ask for things I needed. Usually there are more amenities besides bar soap. But if you ask they will give you anything you need. The coffee packs need to be stronger, but they did have coffee made in the lobby that was really good.

Liked: The property was fine. We had a king size bed. When we got into our first room. We didn’t have any hot water and the water was brown. And the room smelled horrible. So we asked to be moved. The second Room was much better but was down size to two queen beds. One of the beds didn’t have any pillowcases on the pillows.

Liked: . Shower pressure and head was amazing.
Disliked: Air conditioner didn't work in the room so we were pretty warm. Had to go buy a fan.

Comfortable, clean and conveniently located

Liked: It’s a very large property which is good. The rooms are very comfortable, the beds are comfortable and you do not get any noise from the road. At least I did not. I chose this hotel after canceling out another because it was substandard, it will definitely be using this again when I come back up later this year!

Liked: 1st night was great. Great view of the bay
Disliked: The 2nd night the heater wasn't working, so they gave us a space heater for the room. Then the hot water didn't work. It was freezing cold 2 minutes into the shower. They weren't going to give us another room because they said they were booked. It took them an hour to figure out another room.
