Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center Ellensburg

I wouldn't recommend this place...

Liked: The front desk host was friendly. Its a good location for people getting off the freeway.
Disliked: The smell that went through the whole hotel. Our room had a lot of poor wall repairs and not much decor and the one picture there was slightly tucked behind tv it was weirdly placed. Bathroom was super small. Our roomed smelled funny making it not enjoying.

Disliked: The pool was colder than the river.

There was not enough staff...

Liked: There was not enough staff to keep what there was of breakfast stocked gor the people as we came in to eat...
Disliked: The stay in general was not up to par with my experiences at other red lion locations, realign Jantzen Beach, the in at the Quay, red lion kelso, wa.

Liked: The service from. The night staff was good
Disliked: The staff during breakfast did not refill the waffle batter and could not eat in the morning The pool not being opened to go swimming

Liked: Nothing, really!
Disliked: When we drove up, the hotel looked dark and abandoned. No signs of life on the outside (we almost went to the hotel next door), and reception area/lobby wasn't any different: Only a very inexperienced (untrained?) and confused young man who couldn't even manage running our credit cards. Most of the hotel looked like it had been gutted (for impending closure?) and whatever was left definitely needed renovation and/or upgrading.
