Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center Cheyenne

Not up to the overall Radisson standards I have become accustomed to. I will not stay at this Radisson in the future.

Liked: The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and polite.
Disliked: The hotel grounds were filthy. The shuttles were never on time.

Disliked: Key cards were having issues, the property was in the process of remodeling/face-lift.

Liked: The entrance was very nice and presentable
Disliked: The entrance was the only access to our room. All the other outside doors were out of order or as we found out later were unlocked and you didnt need a key to get in. We tried to use the restaurant and every table was dirty and there was no one behind the counter working. We sat at the bar and waited and noticed there were no other couples with drinks so we left. Our room door was extremely jammed. We had to jerk the open and shut. Also, check in took ForEVER! We could see the place was under renovation and hallways were extremely dated so maybe next year it will be nicer

Disliked: That they were doing construction and having the smell of the exhaust and paint debris come inside

Liked: Arrived late. Just needed a place to sleep. They were nice and accommodating. Soft beds good breakfast. In the middle of a remodel But it was fine. Didn’t use any of the accommodations but I’m sure they were nice.
Disliked: Remodel work was dusty. But it’ll be nice when it’s done.
