David, Highlands Ranch, visiting Cheyenne Frontier Days

Not up to the overall Radisson standards I have become accustomed to. I will not stay at this Radisson in the future.

Liked: The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and polite.
Disliked: The hotel grounds were filthy. The shuttles were never on time.

Facilities were not worth the...

Liked: Our room was part of a recent renovation so it was nice.
Disliked: The remainder of the building (lobby, eating area, elevator area) were run down or under construction. The staff seemed unhappy/ not friendly.
