Not up to the overall Radisson standards I have become accustomed to. I will not stay at this Radisson in the future.

Liked: The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and polite.
Disliked: The hotel grounds were filthy. The shuttles were never on time.

Disappointing

Liked: That the staff did bring breakfast to my room.
Disliked: The room stunk to high heavens. Room either way hot or way cold. Couldn't find a medium. Tiny ants all over the floors. Tub wasn't clean. Ceiling in pool area falling apart. Sheets not nice and neat. And seriously 185.00 for one night!!!!!!!!!

Exceptional

Liked: The rooms were really clean, had a lot of space and were very comfortable, the showers were nice, the bathrooms had space, the beds were comfy, the room was warm when we got there and stayed warm! The parking was great and there was a ton of parking very close to the doors, the hotel is very easy to get to and into, the hotel has a lot of stuff very close by and it’s very convenient! It was a very great stay! I’m not sure her name but a lady was working the night we were there and she was the sweetest, nicest, and most helpful lady! She helped us get where we needed to be, when we needed cash for the vending machines she was so very helpful! She made sure every bill was flat and able to go into the machine she was very amazing! It was an amazing stay and overall great! The price was also very very amazing!
Disliked: The day we got there the guy checking us in was very rude, acted very weird to us, he was not friendly and not helpful what so ever, when I asked where to park so I’m near my room he was very rude and stand off about it, when we asked why my card was charged so much he was also very rude about that. He was not helpful at all and he was very very rude to us and had no respect what so ever!

Exceptional

Decent place to sleep but...

Liked: It was ok but the property was under construction
Disliked: Bathroom door wouldn’t close and it wasn’t kid friendly

Bad

Liked: The breakfast was the only positive thing about our stay.
Disliked: Check-in was a nightmare. Clerk couldn't find the booking registration and didn't know how to change the CC on file. Took 45 min just to check-in.

Very good

pics made it seem nicer...

Liked: bed was hard as a rock, breakfast was meh not really good or bad, room was horrible and the ac didnt work.
Disliked: it had a bar. cant mess up alcohol.

Liked: The remodel of the rooms was very nice and clean.
Disliked: The pool wasn’t working but that is not something to ding a rating for a hotel for. It looks like they were possibly remodeling the pool or something was broke.
