Red Lion Hotel Columbia Center

Room very dated and smelled

Liked: Location was great with a very nice hot breakfast.
Disliked: Sofa was saggy and room was inundated with the smell of smoke. Chairs need replacing, they don't support your back. Room was very hot and we kept air running at night, but it was very noisy.

Red Lion in Kennewick needs...

Liked: The AC wasn't working in your lounge or breakfast area.The lounge/restaurant was closed on Sunday. You REALLY need to give this Red Lion so TLC.SORRY but I won't be back.
Disliked: The pool was the BEST part of my stay.Room was pretty good.

Will not waste the money...

Liked: It was close to restaurants and shopping
Disliked: The restaurant was not open ! The only reason I picked that Hotel was due to the restaurant and bar. I rated it a big F ‼️The bar did not have any air conditioning !!!Will not stay there again.

Exceptional

Liked: It was quiet, beds are comfortable and has a restaurant/lounge
Disliked: Rooms are outdated outside exterior needs work, outside windows need to be washed full of cobwebs back entrance was open for anyone to walk back entrance carpet dirty and not vacuumed. Number for room was torn off wall and was hand written on wall

Disappointing

Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The hotel was filthy. There were spiders all over and cobwebs. It reeked of animal urine and cigarette smoke.

Liked: The location is good and easy to find. Breakdast is good.

Good basic hotel with good...

Liked: Breakfast was good - wasn't expecting much but there were hot options as well as plenty of cereals, pastries, bread, yogurt etc. Room was clean and bed was decent.
Disliked: The entry to the hotel is a bit dingy - the furniture in the lobby was all scratched up making me a bit worried about the rest of the hotel - but the room was fine once we were in.
