Disliked: Wierd design, long wait at front desk, balky key cards.

Liked: The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: We always stay at this location and have had good experiences in the past, however, this time we were in room 1421 and the road noise was Dreadful. The sofa in the room had what appeared to be burn holes, the bathroom door needs replacing, the bathroom mirror is missing chunks of the frame. While the room does not need to be in pristine condition, it does seem that general maintenance should be done to this room. It feels as though the room has been trashed and then just abandoned. Unfortunately, even though we had already paid for two nights, the room was uncomfortable enough that we didn't even stay the second night.

Liked: I liked that the room was quiet. I liked the convenience to stores.
Disliked: I did not like that there was a person asking for money at the stairs to my room.

Liked: Property was spacious and quiet. We had our dog with us, and it was so quiet he didn't even bark. It also was soothing with the water features around to property.
Disliked: Staff should suggest the proper entrance to park your car closest to your room. Not knowing this, I had to go up 3 flights of stairs in order to put my luggage away. (it was quite hot)
