Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center Cheyenne

Not up to the overall Radisson standards I have become accustomed to. I will not stay at this Radisson in the future.

Liked: The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and polite.
Disliked: The hotel grounds were filthy. The shuttles were never on time.

Disliked: room was noisy, freeway traffic all night and 6th floor above ac and water units running all night. Tried to plug in coffee machine and found a nasty sock behind the microwave. Bed and pillows hard. Housekeeping manager didn't care about the sock. gross.

Disliked: We had ants in our room in the morning when we got up I told the front desk person all I got was ya we have that problem and that was the end of that conversation we had lots in the bathroom and by the beds

Liked: The lady who checked us was super sweet, and helpful, along with the gentleman that was helping her. We arrived after 11pm and they were very nice. Breakfast was good, the kids enjoyed it.
