I would not recommend this hotel.

Liked: The hotel was close to downtown.
Disliked: The staff was not very friendy. The hotel itself needs updates; did not seem very clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff...

Liked: The gentleman at the counter was very helpful. The bartender was also friendly and helpful. The dinner I ordered at the bar as well as my cocktail were delicious. And the gentleman at the check-in counter also swapped me rooms when my first room was not clean and had missing lightbulbs And terrible view of the roof.
Disliked: The first room I was given, had a dirty coffee pot with an old dirty filter in it, missing lightbulbs, right off of the roof, which was dirty and looking at other rooms.Biggest complaint was my room was supposed to include free breakfast, which is why I chose this room and I went down in the morning and there was no breakfast. Apparently the cook called out after they were already supposed to be serving people food.

Great location, but needs many...

Liked: Location to Downtown area.
Disliked: Cleanliness, missing TV remote, plugged shower drain, dingy carpets, walls, bedding, floors, etc. Had to move coffee pot to another location in the room to have power for it. Elevator needs work. Breakfast wasn't served. Only 1 employee to check-in 30 guests and had to wait in line an hour.

Enjoyable.

Liked: Good location, friendly staff.
Disliked: Loud noise after 10 at night. Miserable guests, smoking etc.

I almost would have rathered...

Liked: Staff at check in was geeat. At checkout and throughout stay, not so great.
Disliked: Noise, ghetto elevator, the broken phone, the Loud neighbors.
