I would not recommend this hotel.

Liked: The hotel was close to downtown.
Disliked: The staff was not very friendy. The hotel itself needs updates; did not seem very clean.

We've stayed in a lovely...

Disliked: Room was outdated. Mini refrigerator door did not close properly. Found a prescription pill on the floor under the vanity in the washroom along with some black hair (I'm blonde) makes me wonder how well this room was cleaned.

Disliked: The toilet ran constantly. I informed staff a year ago about the problem but it was not taken care of. Room 124

Liked: Easy location and good stop while travelling.
Disliked: The desk couldn't find the Bookings reservation at had made online, despite my email and confirmation number. She rebooked me a room at a substantial increase of price.The hotel was lacking good cleaning. Not that things weren't wiped down or washed...but like carpets all needed good vacuuming, and corners and behind doors and tables definately neglected. Elevator super dirty.
