I would not recommend this hotel.

Liked: The hotel was close to downtown.
Disliked: The staff was not very friendy. The hotel itself needs updates; did not seem very clean.

Disliked: I had to switch rooms 3 times because none of the A/c would work and 2 of the rooms haven't even been cleaned and one of the rooms didnt even have the bedding on it. I was very disappointed i had to walk down to the lobby juat to cool off because of having to A/C in the rooms

Liked: the front counter girls were really nice.
Disliked: The place was extremely run down. the hallway carpets were duck taped. The room across from us look like it had been broken into at some point and then taped together with painters tape. One of our rooms had stains from a previous leak. The curtains were stained. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Also, the swimming pool looked really dirty.

Disliked: The hotel is abandoned, dirty, the carpet is taped up, the doors are broken, there is no room service (they don't change towels or make the bed), the reception always says they will attend to the request but they don't, the air conditioning is on day and night because the thermostat didn't work and they told us it was a centralized system, there was no breakfast because apparently the person in charge was sick, the color of the pool water was a dark green that didn't make you want to use it. I had a reservation for five nights but I only stayed one night because it wasn't possible to stay there, I went to another nearby hotel that was much better. I booked it for its price but the cheap price was expensive. The receptionist's attitude was disappointing, despite knowing that our complaints were real, she smiled without any empathy.

Liked: Sand on the floor. Room keys failed 4 times. Non-Hotel guests changing clothes in the weight Room. No breakfast offered on Wednesday. No coffee service Tuesday.

Liked: The bed, sheets, and towels were clean and the room was quiet.
Disliked: The facility really needs updating. There was not enough staff for the building. Areas of the hotel such as elevator and hallways could use more touch up cleaning. The pool was not cleaned but was refreshing at the end of the day. Website says shuttle available but there is none. Air conditioning is on low or doesn’t work.

Liked: Location and attentive,professional front desk staff.
Disliked: Poorly managed property, regional and upper mgmt need to do quality assurance or perhaps don't be in hospitality business. Let another team take over. It was a huge festival weekend, no effort to make an impression on hotel guests. No AC in lobby, halls, or restaurant/bar. Not appropriate for staff to work in those conditions and guests were uncomfortable, including myself. The bar was not welcoming, void of atmosphere, quiet as a library. I was told no receipts are given and to verbally tell bartender my tip from across the bar so she could add it manually. Very odd and off putting. Need to update POS.-Ice machine broken- no sign posted after notifying staff-Front door glass heavily smudged, dirty main entrance carpet.-Pool not cleaned or maintained, could not enjoy-No turn on switch for hot tub jets, could not enjoy- No pool towels-bring your own- Outdoor patio sliding doors filthy w dirt/cobwebs- Rooms in need of updates,replace worn furniture,needs deep cleaning especially under beds.-Bathrooms in need of deep cleaning Budget friendly doesn't need to equate to not caring about your property or guests.
