Disliked: Security was horrible and homeless were sleeping in the hallway nook by our door. Security key lock on the outside doie had been removed and didn't lick.

Liked: Location is perfect for medical services unavailable where we live. Grab and Go Breakfast is nice. I would suggest less sugary items, but we appreciated the protein and juice. Coffee station was a lifesaver.
Disliked: Earlier check-in time would be great.

Disliked: The room has a strange smell and makes me feel uncomfortable. The room wasn’t cleaned everyday. And the most important, the ice cream I bought from the front desk is definitely just piece of frozen ice! Bad to eat!

Disliked: The parking in the daytime was terrible. I have a lung problem and can’t walked very far. It was a bad deal when I came back from my dr appt and couldn’t unload my stuff in front of my room.

Disliked: First night the smoke dector went off constantly. I called the front desk and it said “ we are helping other customers” I left messages. Called back in 20 minutes , “still helping other customers recording” finally 2:30am I walked all the way to the front desk and the lady was on her cellphone in the back sitting on a chair eating a snack. I yelled, hollared, dinged the bell and could not get ahold of her or attention. Finally she saw me and was “how can I help you, I was working in the back” I told her what was going on. She said she would have somebody come fix it soon. about an hour somebody showed up and fixed the alarm. It is now 3:30 AM. I had to be up at 6:30 AM so I didn’t get any sleep. The next two nights there was a little red fire box outside of our door that kept beeping all night. Staff was coming and going and try to fix it, taping it up messing with wires yet it would continue to be approximately every 30 seconds. Sleep was nearly impossible the entire weekend. If I had money, I would’ve went to another hotel, but I had already spent my money at your hotel. This was the worst experience I have ever had a hotel in my life. And to top it all off the bathroom said no ventilation so they constantly smell like mold the ceiling has paint coming off because of the moisture in the room. The entire hallway smells of mold.
