Good stay and good value...

Liked: The room was very large and very clean. Bed was comfortable and we both slept very well.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing. The a/c did not seem to cool the room. To be fair, the humidity was very high so the unit did not dehumidify the air enough to really cool it down.

Great Staff & A Comfortable...

Liked: I admired how the staff were so welcoming & attentive to not just anything I wanted but to all the guests I saw checking in.

Good stay at Eureka

Liked: The front desk associates and cleaning staff were always pleasant and helpful. The property was pretty clean and had decent amenities. Breakfast was nice the first day
Disliked: Breakfast lacked the variety and cleanliness our second day. Perhaps because we arrived later and there isn’t really a refresh ?

Liked: I loved the comfort of my bed. Staff were friendly. Liked the scent of the shampoo. Room is clean. Easy check and check out. Easy booking the room.
Disliked: The breakfast that was included with my stay had a minimal options. The coffee was bad. We had a roof top view. It was hard to operate my bathroom faucet.

Worth a stop between San...

Liked: The hotel is an easy stop off HWY 101. It is welcoming, clean, and offers a comfortable bed for a restful sleep. A “suite” is just an extra bedroom, though, sans closet, but replaced with a TV. Their contract for tv for Disney chanel is expired. The best part of having a bedroom is being able to close the door and have a full blacked out room to rest on the best possible way. In the main room, the blackout curtains, for the most part, work well, however need updating or replacing because they had moth eaten holes in them, allowing light in, defeating the purpose of the black out curtains.
Disliked: The hot water is lacking. Meaning it doesn’t work, and we never got a hot shower. It was disappointing. Instead of guest recovery, we were given an excuse. It was barely even warm. The staff told us it “…needs to run for nearly a half hour for some guests for it to start up…” where our suite was located (3rd floor, north side). This was the lost disappointing part of the stay. Additionally, there was a hole where the wall light switch was in the suite we stayed in. This is not only cheap and needs replacement, but inappropriate for those with children, as a child can easily place their fingers into it, and possibly hurt themselves.

Liked: Location was excellent. Room decent size. Breakfast food was good and large portions. Quiet. Bed was nice and firm.
Disliked: Room upkeep was poor. One electrical outlet was in bad shape. Freezer in refrigerator was completely caked in ice. Heavy curtains had several rips. Refrigerator hummed. TV wouldn't work at first due to cables being plugged into the wrong spots. Rooms well overpriced for room conditions.
