Absolutely unforgettable stay

Liked: We visited from the UK and this was by far the best hotel of our trip. We almost missed out due to a cancelled flight, but the lodge kindly moved our booking to the next night at no extra charge — an amazing gesture that set the tone for the whole experience. The location is honestly out of this world. The drive from Moab to the lodge (about 15 minutes) was one of the most breathtaking we’ve ever done — towering red cliffs, winding river, absolutely unreal views. Even before we arrived, we were blown away.Check-in was warm and friendly — we were greeted with homemade cookies and helpful info about the lodge and the nearby national parks. Our cabin was spotless, fully equipped, and we could park right outside which made everything so convenient. But the balcony and view stole the show. Looking out over the Colorado River with those dramatic cliffs rising all around — we genuinely spent hours just sitting out there in awe. It’s hard to describe how peaceful and beautiful it is, but it was unforgettable.Didn’t try the breakfast but I grabbed a takeaway coffee and, as with everything else, the staff were lovely. If you’re staying in Moab, this place is a must. The setting is like nothing else.

Great location but under construction...

Liked: Location is amazing, rooms very nice and clean
Disliked: The main lodge and restaurant were closed and under construction…. Was no heads up of that when booking the room otherwise I would have stayed elsewhere.

Beautiful stay

Liked: The setting is spectacular. We had a renovated creekside room, which was lovely and very comfortable.
Disliked: Given the cost and location, there should not be a bill for parking.

Disappointing - 2.0 out of 5

Richard Tue, 15 April 2025

Disappointing

Liked: Setting is beautiful but given that it was so far from town, ammenities need to be better, especially for the value. In their defense might be better after renovation on main buildling is done.
