Very poor

Very pricey for pretty ordinary...

Liked: Large room and location.
Disliked: Had to check in at the hotel next door. Air conditioner was extremely noisy so had to open patio door and hear the extremely loud train whistle during the night. The bed’s mattress needed replacing.

We had a nice stay...

Liked: The location was perfect and the room was in good shape.
Disliked: The air-conditioner was way too loud. We had chairs outside but the air-conditioning unit was in the way and too hot.

Liked: Location was about the only plus
Disliked: An absolute rip off … totally outdated and so over priced No reception desk even to check us in and we had to go to a another establishment up the road to check in No was should this be listed as a hotel as it’s a total joke

Satisfactory hotel for our stay.

Liked: Location close to the township was fabulous and a bus stop close by.
Disliked: Building was old and basic for the price however the price seems to be comparable to other similar properties in Banff. No front desk in the building, you need to use the front desk of the adjacent hotel.

Great staff and good location.

Liked: The manager and staff were exceptionally nice. The property is in a good location.
Disliked: The room didn't have a clothes closet, chest of drawers or hangers.
