Very poor

Disliked: Room and area looked ran down. Looks like an area for junkies. Definitely didn’t feel safe. Nor did my family felt comfortable. Went to check in at 2, had to ring the bell more than twice. Lady staff wasn’t friendly

It was too pricey for...

Liked: That they had a hot tub in the room…
Disliked: The front desk, lady she was rude. Hot tub was dirty. smelled really bad. I look like black mold on the ceiling. They definitely need eco visit forsure.

Liked: It was super dirty inside the room and the hot water didn't work. And when I asked to change rooms they wouldn't let me. And when I asked to cancel my stay and get a refund they wouldn't let me
