Roaches. Filth. Rude customer service....

Disliked: ROACHES. Huge roaches not even scared to show themselves. Nobody ever cleaned the rooms while we stayed, not to mention the rooms didn’t even COME cleaned. (There were stains everywhere) the free internet was down the whole time, the cable kept going in and out. Things were falling apart. There was more furniture in one of them rooms than the other same exact room style, and only one of the rooms had a phone. Did I mention how nasty the rooms were? The pool that was advertised was down and drained of the water the whole stay. This place was absolutely disgusting for the price of it. I stayed here for my husbands navy graduation and it was awful.

Disliked: Property never responded to my email there is no management on site and the person who works weekends is the rudest person I ever met. I came to Chicago for the first time and he was just so dismissive would not even listen to a word and said and kept talking back as if I was talking to a child

Disliked: The Hotel look like a crack Hotel. The rooms smelled, sink was falling off wall,the tub was so nasty you could not shower,the covers had holes in them and stains on they. I would not let my dog stay at this place.
