This was disgusting. Cigarettes burns...

Disliked: When I arrived at the property the first room they gave me was disgusting. Someone had urinated in the toilet, there were pills in the garage and the microwave had exploded. The inside was disgusting. I took pictures. The hotel carpet was patches of dirty carpet and didn't match or cover the entire floor. In the halls people were hanging out. You could hear people having loud sex. This is clearly a drug infested dump. The only thing worse was booking.com customer service when I tried to get my money back. I just ended up leaving. The hotel knew it was a dump and offered to refund my money but booking did not have the correct hotel number and said they could help me. Despite several phone calls and conversations, I ended up losing my money and staying somewhere else.
