Poor

Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful. Both during check in and check out, the staff was great
Disliked: The “non smoking” room smelt heavily of cigarettes. There were burn marks in the bed cover. It was dirty (the kind where it is an old building and just needs renovated) there were hairs on the towels and stuck to the walls.

I should get a refund...

Liked: The lady at the front desk was nice.
Disliked: Everything it was nasty ,dirty room microwave didn't work. And we were approached by drug dealers .that stay in the room right to our room they put us in.we ended up leaving at 11:00 pm didn't even sleep there.

Liked: I liked the location and I had a nice view of the river staff answered my questions
Disliked: I booked the room there because of there continental breakfast was really disappointed.
