Liked: bathroom was newly remodeled. Floor was tiled recently
Disliked: bed was old and creaky. pillows were flat

Liked: Only thing I liked was the location.
Disliked: Owner was uptight and pushy. Rooms updated/remodel, but they did not put towel racks or hooks. Nowhere to put your towel or clothing. When addressing the issue with owner/manager they had no answers or solutions.

Disliked: The staff told me to come there so IMMEDIATELY made my way to the location for staff to tell me no vacancy..I then mentioned I booked through booking.com and he said to me with a annoyed tone you should have said that to begin with.. I get it dealing with people everyday is probably frustrating but you choose to run a motel so professionalism should be your most valued trate in your line of work.. anyway rude, no breakfast, room was extremely expensive almost $100.00 and wad not worth that.. otherwise nice location

Disliked: Staff was extremely rude and dome aggressive for no reason. I felt as if they were only treating us poorly by whatever judgment they had made on the way we looked bc i witnessed them treating other customers very differently and i cannot imagine why we were treated poorly. We were low maintenance customers who weren't bothering anyone or breaking any rules... it was the only unpleasant party of the stay besides being over charged when we were wanting to stay longer and they refused to give us a weekly rate when they clearly gave it to someone else in the same position as us. When we asked why they wouldn't consider us for weekly rate they told us to go to another motel if we did not like it.
