Liked: I booked 2 rooms and they were able to make it adjoining! it was perfect! The owner is so lovely and kind!

Great value and location

Liked: Very convenient to Downtown Blacksburg. Price for the room was great. Room was very clean with plenty of towels and soap/shampoo. The room had a pretty new TV and was just right the right size for our purposes (sleeping during the night.) The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The exterior is old and worn, but this motel has been around for alot of years. Parking is a little tight if you drive a larger vehicle and the entrance from South Main is a pretty steep incline to get to the motel.

First choice to stay when...

Disliked: Parking to is steep. Come in on side street at angle to not scrape

Liked: It was very clean and quiet. I felt very secure. It is also a great value. Saved me $300 based on other rates in the area where my friends were staying. The manager (owner?) was very kind.
