Liked: We needed a room fast. And it was the only one available.
Disliked: It was infested with bed bugs.

Cancelled due to health.

Liked: I had to cancel my trip as I was not up to the trip after surgery. I called the hotel and booking.com to cancel and get a refund four days prior and the hotel charged me $99. to cancel. Booking.com contacted them to waive the charge but never received a reply. As of this morning, I have not received a reply from the hotel as well.

Liked: I went there to check in for 2 minutes then arrived at 2am to sleep when I got there I tried to use the rest room and the toilet was clogged I told the service desk and they gave me a snake and told me to unclog it my self I'm not a plumber so I had to sleep in the room with out using the bathroom for the whole night they send a maintenance guy there the nest day when I was supposed to check out bad service
