Not a pleasant motel!

Disliked: They tried to give us rooms that we did not book! We had 5 in our party and booked 2 rooms. I room was to have 2 beds and the other room booked was to have 3 beds. When we checked in we were not told that was not what they had available. We went to the rooms and found only 3 beds! We were then told the original rooms booked were under renovation and that we should have known that! What?!? We do not have access to your booking information and it was not mentioned anywhere that those rooms were not available. The rooms they did have would not accommodate our party so we could not stay there. They were also trying to not refund our money but after a bit of back and forth they did end up refunding our money and we had to go find a couple of rooms at a different hotel!
