Big disappointment !

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: We experienced a big disappointment because of three very unpleasant and unlikely events:1. We got a room with an unbearable smell. We could not breathe because of the stiffness. After a representative from the reception arrived to be impressed, we received another room without the smell. 2. We went out to the city. When we returned at night, we discovered that the scroll shutter in the window was not working properly and could not be closed to prevent sunlight from entering early in the morning. We had to wait so late at night, when we wanted to go to sleep, for the receptionist to examine the issue. Of course, she realized that there was a problem and we had to wait for a maintenance man to come and fix the shutter.3. The room was pre-booked without breakfast, but it said one could pay on the spot and have a buffet breakfast. When we asked for breakfast, we were told there was not enough demand and therefore breakfast will not be served.We travel a lot and this kind of behavior is unacceptable!No compensation was offered by the hotel for the inconvenience.

Liked: the staff was nice and polite and the location was good, near the city center
Disliked: the hotel is old and in the bedroom there’s the moquette, the fornitures are old as well and not in good conditions. it really doesn’t worth the price
