Great staff, best porter and...

Liked: The door staff porter was the most helpful man. I didn't meet a more considerate man than him. In fact they were all very helpful but he did over and above. Starbucks on hotel is good for a coffee too. Safe in the room helpful.
Disliked: Very noisy right at the big roundabout. The glass wasnt sound proof. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable. No fridge in room for this standard hotel it was a shock.

Liked: Cleaning maids were thorough and friendly. Waiters were fast n friendly.. The shower was great and the room was a nice size. You can request a mini fridge. Great location. In middle of grocery store, mall and medical clinics.
Disliked: That only 1 coffee filter and 1 coffee cup was given for 2 people. Front desk not friendly. Shower n floor slippery, needs nonslip mats.

Liked: Beautiful hotel and great room. Very good gym as well.
Disliked: The restaurant was good, but it was priced like a top notch kitchen, which it's not. See Marriot. But prices are up.

Liked: I’m sorry to say nothing
Disliked: I booked at this hotel for the first time because it had a 5 star rating. It was terrible. The quilt had big stains, there were some hair on the sheets, the door from bathroom would not close. You had to pick it up from knob to close door. Hinges were coming off door and were very rusty. There was a booger on the wall just extremely pathetic the condition of the room. Extremely disappointed. I have stayed at over 62 hotels and this is definitely not a 5 star. I have included pictures so you don’t think I’m lying.
