Disliked: Needs full length mirror in room. No mirror in the room at all.Toilet seat was wore out and filthy. Requested to be changed and was immediately replaced with new :)Very poor draining in shower and toilet. Called for repair and made no difference

I have no idea about...

Disliked: Booking.com mislead me to understand this hotel was pet friendly. It is NOT. The staff indicated NO HOTELS in Nuevo Laredo would be. At 11pm at night we had no choice but to cross the border or sleep in our car with 2 dogs. When I searched PET FRIENDLY hotels, this hotel came up FIRST. Thanks for NOTHING booking.com..
